Who is responsible

Fullkitch operates this website and decides how the information described below is handled. You can reach us through the contact form on this site for any question or request about your information, including the requests described further down this page.

What we collect

We collect three things, and nothing else:

• —What you send us. If you submit the demo form we receive your name, work email, restaurant or group name, website, and whatever you write in the message field. These are the only fields the form has.
• —Attribution about how you found us. Your browser stores the first campaign tags in the link you arrived on, the external site that referred you (without its query string), the first page you landed on, and up to five recent pages you viewed on this site. This is held in your browser's local storage for 90 days and is sent to us only if you submit the form.
• —Analytics. We use PostHog to understand which pages are read and which links are used. It records pageviews and interactions and sets cookies to recognise a returning browser. It is configured not to build a person profile for anonymous visitors.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, request times, and browser user-agent strings. We do not collect payment details, and we do not ask for special categories of personal data anywhere on this site.

Why we use it

• —To reply to your enquiry and prepare a demo relevant to your operation.
• —To understand which parts of the site are useful, so we can improve them.
• —To know which marketing channels bring people who find us worth contacting.
• —To keep the site available and to detect and block abuse of the form.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving a website and in preventing abuse. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal effects.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of providers, each processing information only on our instructions:

• —Vercel — hosting and delivery of this website, including server logs.
• —PostHog — product analytics, on their United States cloud.
• —Wisp — the content system behind our blog. It stores our articles, not your data.
• —Our email provider — delivery of contact form submissions to our inbox.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim. If our business is ever sold or reorganised, information may transfer as part of it, subject to this policy.

Where your information goes

Our providers operate internationally, and analytics data is processed in the United States. Where information leaves the region you are in, we rely on the transfer mechanisms our providers make available, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

How long we keep it

• —Contact enquiries: kept in our email while the conversation is live, and for as long afterwards as we need them for our records or to meet a legal obligation.
• —Attribution data: 90 days in your browser, after which it expires automatically. Clearing your browsing data removes it immediately.
• —Analytics: retained according to the retention period configured in our PostHog project.
• —Server logs: retained on our hosting provider's standard schedule.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent you previously gave. In Singapore you may also ask how your personal data has been used or disclosed in the past year.

To make any of these requests, use the contact form on this site. We will respond within the period the applicable law allows. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Separately, you can block or clear cookies in your browser, and browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are respected where the law requires it.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site sets analytics cookies through PostHog, and uses your browser's local storage to hold the attribution described above. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking cookies will not stop you reading the site or submitting the form.

Children

This site is aimed at people running hospitality businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and will move the date at the top when we do. Material changes will be described at the top of the page for a reasonable period.
